School has started!

Well with summer comming to a close both Megan and I have headed back to school. Megan is going to CWI, it's a comunity college like CSI in Twin Falls. It is in Nampa, but since we live on the west side of Meridian its only 4-5 miles away. She is taking Philosophy, Math, and my delite Chemistry! So Megan has her on personal tutor for Math and Chemistry when she needs it, it's fun for me. I let her have all the fun she wants with Philosophy while I keep at least arm's length from it.

I have finally started Pharmacy school! I've made it through the first two weeks so far. This next wednesday I have the immunization lab. It's kinda how it sounds, I poke someone and inject them with normal saline and then they return the favor. How exciting! All together my books weigh 34 lbs, so since I ride my bike to school I don't carry any with me, but just lug around my laptop and other supplies. Over all there is a lot of information I have to know so I have spent plenty of time reading my textbooks, with much more reading to do.

We had fun with our McCall trip. We went right before school started with the Fernandez family. I really liked riding down the river in the canoe that we rented. Here are some pictures of our trip and from earlier in the summer when Megan and I went to the greenbelt.

Good luck with your classes to the both of you. That's a lot of backpack weight! It was good to see you Steve, but we missed you Megan. We love you and hope you guys have a good school year.
