One of my classes this semester had a component in it called "Crucial Conversations." It was sort of a conflict management mini-course. We were split up into groups and required to make a video about a certain skill set we learned about. This is my groups video. One of my group members just bought some new video editing software and had fun with it. It's about 6 minutes so you don't have to watch the whole thing, but she started out with a trailer which I think is the best part and they put the content video after that. Enjoy.
